  Internship Program

Did you know that we have a shortage of church planters in our movement? That’s right. I know of many situations where the church planting project had plenty of funding but no church planter. We believe at NPEA it is our responsibility and duty to help make the pool of resources larger for all church planting organizations. That is why we feel it is very important to invest in a viable internship program.

Our goal is to hire an intern once a year to work for NPEA’s most recent church plant for a 6 month period. Did you know that 48% of all interns end up working at the organization where they interned? The worst case scenario is that this person plants a church for some organization. The best case scenario is that they would eventually assist NPEA. We will only hire an intern that is interested in pursuing new church work after they graduate from college.

I am sure you realize how valuable your education was. I also know you realize that by combining that classroom learning with real time education on the field the potential job applicant becomes much more prepared to be successful in the venture that God calls them to. We believe this is more then true in ministry. This program will help facilitate more successful church planters for the future, therefore more successful church plants. God wants us to be good stewards. We pray we are assisting Him through this program.
