You might be wondering, who exactly can be coached? We would offer coaching in three different arenas. First of all, if you are a church planter we can help you achieve God’s desire for you in starting and growing a church. We would typically recommend a church planter be coached for 9 months before the start up date through the second anniversary service. The coaching sessions would take place on a weekly basis.
Secondly, if you are a minister desiring to improve your skills in ministry so that God could use you to grow a church more effectively, we can be of assistance. We would recommend a year of coaching on a weekly basis.
Third if you are an individual who desires to be all that God wants you to be and need a coach to work with you on this, we would be glad to help. Here again we would recommend a year of coaching on a weekly basis. We have coaching handbooks that would help explain these processes in more detail.
