Member: Cody Christian Church
I am one of the few remaining Wyoming natives not in captivity. I grew up in Casper and Douglas and graduated from High School in Douglas. I have been involved with Christian Churches since the day I was born. My dad was one of the founders of Richard Street Christian Church in Casper. I have been happily married to Connie for the past 34 years. We have 3 sons and now have 5 grandchildren. After working at several different business careers I went back to college at Platte Valley Bible College at the age of 34. I continued with my education after graduating from Platte obtaining a Master's degree in Counseling from Liberty University and a PhD in Counseling Psychology from Carolina Christian University. We have lived in Cody for the past 14 years and I am an Elder in Cody Christian Church. I own Gateway Counseling Center, the only Christian Counseling center in the northern half of the state of Wyoming. I am in private practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor.
I have always had a heart for new church work and have been involved with Wyoming Evangelistic Association and now NPEA for the past 30 years. I believe very strongly in the great commission and the need to make an impact on the unsaved. Northern Plains Evangelistic Association has shown itself to be an effective and powerful tool for making that impact. Statistics have shown consistently that more souls our brought to salvation through the starting of new churches than any other evangelistic method. I consider it a great honor to be a part of the Board of NPEA and look forward to wherever God leads in planting new Churches.
